Flat before anything else
Click floors need a flat base, usually within 3/16" over 10 feet. We level high and low spots so the joints never flex or click.

Undercut door jambs
Instead of caulking around door casings, we undercut them and slide the plank underneath for a clean finish.

Sealed wet areas
Edges by tubs, showers and exterior doors are sealed so water stays on top of the floor, not under it.
