- Three-story home
- Floor
- Riva European white oak, imported from Spain
- Method
- Glue-down over a prepared plywood subfloor
- Year
- 2026

The job
A three-story home with a plywood subfloor that was uneven in places, ready for Riva wood flooring imported from Spain.
What we did
The plywood was sanded and self-leveling compound went into the areas that needed it, so the floor would lie flat from room to room. Only then were the Riva boards glued down, room by room.
The result
A smooth, level floor in European white oak, with no soft spots or lippage between rooms.

- Plywood sanding
- Self-leveling compound
- Glue-down installation
